This package provides you with a customised 16 week training and nutritional guidance plan tailored around your lifestyle for you to achieve your fitness goals, whatever they maybe, without the full commitment of online coaching! 

This package is ideal for those who require training and nutritional guidance without having to commit to full time coaching or PT sessions.

Once you've purchased this package, you will be sent an email with a link to follow and form that HAS to be filled out in order for your plan to be created. This will highlight your training goals, how often you want to train, what areas you want to focus on, where you will be training/ what equipment you will have access to, etc. As well as your dietary requirements, likes & dislikes, how many meals a day you would like, how many different meals you would like and of course your favourite snacks and treats so they can be incorporated too!

After all is of this has been completed, please allow 72 hours to receive your custom training plan. 

Your training plan will include your workouts on your desired training days along with exercises, sets, reps and rest as well as progressions.

Your nutrition guidance plan will include your desired amount of meals for your chosen amount of days with a meal component breakdown and basic cooking instructions along with the macronutrient and calorific values.

*Please note that this plan is designed to be adhered to for 16 weeks for maximum  progress! Adherence is a very important in order to achieve your fitness goal!
